I went to this exhibit a while back at the SECCA Contemporary Art Museum in Winston Salem and this particular exhibit I saw was called "Look Again". It had some fabulous installation art pieces. A few artist and pieces:
I really enjoyed looking at the pictures of the SECCA exhibit you posted, i thought the Daniel Arsham three dimension work on his website was really neat. I appreciate how simple and beautiful all of it was without being boring. The objects coming out of the walls and ceilings are so crisp and well crafted. I would really like to see these in person
I agree, Arsham work is really effective. A great example of working off of the architectural space that the work resides in. The other work is a really engaging variety of site specificity and material use. Thanks a lot for exposing us to them.
