So for my art-context project, I ventured to Walmart for some of the shots and McDonald's for others. I was inspired by the way Americans are both obsessed with body image as well as junk food and portion sizes. By placing "healthy" foods or habits with typically unhealthy foods or habits, I thought I could create some interesting visuals.
I walked through Walmart picking out both unhealthy and healthy things, placing them in my shopping cart. I wandered around Walmart for probably a couple hours before they noticed me at all.
